Vineyard

We are all proud of Australian reputation in wines. They’ve come from virtually nowhere forty years ago, to near top of the international tree.

The Southern Tablelands is a small and relatively urban wine area. So it might come as bit of a surprise that this cool climate wine region is fast gaining a reputation for producing award winning wines.

As they say in wine circles - IN VINO VERITAS

Larkhill Wine bottle

The truth is that cool climate wines are crisper and fruitier (in the whites) and deeper and slower to reveal their complexity (in the reds). Wines grown in this high, cold and dry climate take longer to mature and yield less per vine. They have great concentration and intensity. The result is something wonderfully distinctive.
